Hi! My name is Townley. After almost 30 years of working in accounting and logistics, I decided to switch gears and pursue a lifelong dream of mine. I am currently earning my Baking and Pastry Degree at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado and am looking forward to what the future brings!
